Tell me about yourself?

I believe that I’m the best candidate for this position because I used to work as an intern at Taishin international commerial bank, and also participated in many activities, projects and competitions at college.

Due to this experience, I equipped with customer service skills and the ability to resolve crisis and complaints.(危機處理能力和安撫顧客抱怨)

So, when I was working on my part-time job during the period(by that time),I realized that my career goal is being a CMA, and I will choose corporate finance department. (corporate finance department)this position can bring me considerable opportunities to create enterprise value, that make me excited to challenge myself and gain outstanding accomplishment. It’s really a great honor for me to introduce myself, thank you.

How would people describe you?

My supervisor would say that I always think ahead for him and people/colleague would say I'm an easy-going, responsible, enthusiastic person. People would say I don't afraid of failure, and always turn the "fear" into the "power “.

For example, I demonstrated my ability to solve customers' problems when they need our help: like apply the credit card or protect the account password, apply the mobile bank, etc.

It's important for this position to win customer trust, they need our instructions and professional, that my duty to service my customers forever.

Why are you the best person for this position?

What would you bring to this position?

We both know, all your candidates must be experienced in something, you should think I’m not the only one who is an experienced person. However, my communication, team-working and customer service abilities set me apart from other candidates.

For example, when I was an intern at Taishin commercial bank, there were many customers’ problems like apply the credit card, protect account password, apply the mobilebank, etc.

Therefore, I learned the lesson, it called “win customers trust” by that time. I love to service them and I really really want to get this job, work in this company, thanks for your listening.

What is your weakness or strengthen?

My tolerance can be low when my team members don’t meet the basic requirement at work. I means, making the mistake is acceptable, but not lacking basic self-discipline.

In this case, I communicate with the members to solve problems in private and figure out the best policy that how I can help each of them.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I hope that I’ll be an assistant manager(襄理) by that time, and expect the skills here I can learn. I have a plan to work in Asian area, with the complete company’s resource, I can be an experienced manager to work with my team members.

 Therefore, I love this position that why I believe the experience here will lead me to the best decision. Because there’re too many different companies and customers I will see and contact, it means I have the best chance to create my value and increase marketing skills, and that’s why I’m excited about my new whole life.
